Tracking your Order

Tracking your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email that includes:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to the carrier's tracking page
  • Estimated delivery updates

Note: Tracking details may take a few hours to appear after the carrier scans your package for the first time. If you didn't receive a tracking email, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact the TPH location where you placed your order - our team will be happy to help.
