Damaged or Missing Items

We’re here to help if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up.

Damaged Orders

If your items arrive damaged, please contact the producing TPH location immediately with:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Your order number
  • The shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missing Deliveries

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors or building staff.
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order.
  3. Contact the producing TPH location for assistance—we can help initiate a carrier investigation.

We’ll support you through the claims process and ensure your order is handled appropriately
