File Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, please prepare your files using the guidelines below.

Accepted File Formats

• PDF (recommended for all jobs)
• JPEG / JPG
• PNG
• TIFF
• AI, EPS, or PSD (may require conversion at the store)

Resolution

• For high‑quality prints, files should be 300 DPI (dots per inch).
• Large-format prints (posters, banners, signs) can be 150–200 DPI depending on size.

Colour Mode

• Use CMYK for print‑ready files.
• RGB files are accepted, but colours may shift during conversion.

Bleed & Margins

• Include a ⅛ inch (0.125") bleed on all sides for edge‑to‑edge printing.
• Keep important text or graphics at least ¼ inch (0.25") from the edge (safe zone).

Fonts

• For PDFs: Embed all fonts when exporting.
• For editable files (AI, PSD, etc.): Convert text to outlines/curves or include the font files.

Images & Graphics

• Provide original, high‑resolution images whenever possible.
• Avoid screenshots or low‑resolution web images—they won’t print clearly.

File Size

• We can accept most file sizes, but for smoother uploads, aim for files under 500 MB when possible.
