Why can I upload a print file if I can't select custom variables?

Our TPH locations are staffed with print project experts who know their stuff. If you need an in-house designer familiar with print-ready file formatting, we recommend contacting us directly to chat with a project advisor. By uploading a file for print on this website, you agree that the file will be printed as is, without a print quality guarantee. Our advisors can only ensure the design is suitable for print production with their expert touch.

Can I order something that's not listed on this site?

Yes, we have over 350 products! This site showcases a small sample of common Black Friday and Cyber Monday products. TPH specializes in creative print curation; your wildest dreams are often our reality! Why did I receive two confirmation emails?

You'll receive one confirmation email from Shopify letting you know your order has been processed. The second email comes directly from TPH's ordering system, informing you that your order has been assigned a production number and is now in the hands of our specialists. Your order will be heading your way soon!

Why is the pricing on this site different from what a branch quoted me?

The pricing on this site is designed for high turnout volumes by reducing variables and customizations. This allows our production facilities to serve our customers quickly during high-volume times. The site pricing also highlights the consumer's accountability to upload predesigned content or use our limited design content. Working directly with a branch involves hands-on print expertise to ensure your big projects are done with our print staff's eyes, creativity, and expertise. Even the most minor choice or formatting on an image can significantly impact the quality of the print outcome.

Why is the pricing different from the last time I visited the site?

The early bird gets the worm! Our site adjusts prices as last-minute demand increases to ensure you get your products before Black Friday passes us by. This also accommodates the extra shifts needed in our facilities to handle an influx of urgent orders. Thus, the product or shipping pricing will reflect these demand margins.

What are the shipping times?

Standard processing and manufacturing take 3-5 business days. If you need urgent processing, please contact your TPH branch directly and discuss the request with your project advisor. This may result in an additional charge. Shipping costs increase as we get closer to Black Friday to ensure your order arrives on time.

When is the last date for placing orders on this site?

The site will stop processing orders on November 27th to prevent overwhelming the queue and ensure all customers receive their orders on time.

Who is TPH?

Once upon a time, in 1961, a talented journeyman typesetter named Earle O'Born stumbled upon an old letterpress shop in downtown Toronto. With a twinkle in his eye and a dream in his heart, he transformed that humble shop into the birthplace of TPH. We were the first in Canada to market instant printing and began opening corporate locations like a trailblazer on a mission. We introduced a unit-based price list and typist guide. In the 1990s, we shook things up by switching to a PC-based platform, digitally connecting Xerox printers and creating the first digital print network across Canada. Imagine sending digital files from Toronto to Vancouver, where they were magically produced and delivered locally!

As we expanded our locations coast to coast, from Vancouver to Halifax, we continued to evolve with the print industry. Today, the relationships we nurture with our customers are at the heart of our service. The compatibility of print and digital channels is like a match made in heaven, presenting endless opportunities to advance our production and services.
