When uploading my image, an error message says it has an invalid extention. What do I do?

This happens when a file is downloaded from a website and to protect the copyright of the image, restrictions were added to the file.

When can I expect to recieve my order?

Turnaround time will be up to 3 days. Shipping will be overnight.

What is the recommended image quality?

It is recommended to upload a minimum 300 DPI quality image.

What if my image has a different dimension/aspect ratio than the product dimension?

We will crop the image for you and send you a digital proof before printing.

Can I see a preview of my product?

If there is an issue with your uploaded image, we will send you a digital proof, and wait for your approval before printing.

  3. Excellent rendering of a painting
    Purchased for grand kids to do at the cabin, TPH did an excellent job of rendering one of my paintings as a puzzle. My artwork is very colourful and the colour matching on the puzzle are superb! The puzzle arrived in a timely fashion and TPH was diligent in their communications with me via email through the whole process. I wish more companies treated their customers as TPH! Great job folks!

    The picture I submitted to create a puzzle from was blurry and Scott Towner took it upon himself to convert it to digital art which resulted in an outstanding quality puzzle picture.     Great results. Picked a 100 piece puzzle for guests to do for fun. (Something different than regular bridal games). Great quality, excellent communication and superb results!     I just received my first order of 2 puzzles that had my custom pictures. The order was on time and hand delivered. Puzzles are interlocking and high quality. You even get an enlarged photo picture of your custom picture. I will be ordering more custom puzzles pictures again soon from TPH.

  14. Exceptional Service and Quality Goods !!
    I was tickled pink when I opened the unmarked puzzle box and found a colour image attached to the inside of the lid and the puzzle pieces neatly packed in a clear wrapping in the box itself. As this puzzle is a gift for friends, it will be a definite surprise as nothing indicates what is inside the box! I would like to thank Scott Tower for his kindness and patience in helping me find the right image that would work for my order. Five STARS to him and the staff.

  31. Such a cute idea!
    So I ordered a 500 piece puzzle. 2 days later I had an email from the company letting me know that the photo quality of the picture that I had sent was being flagged as poor quality and made sure that I was aware. So I had the option to change the picture or stick with the one I sent. (I only had 1 picture to work with so I kept the low quality one)
    The puzzle showed up 2 days later! It isn't put together yet as its a mother's day gift but it looks so cute and I am so excited to gift it to my mom

  32. Gift for the future
    Order a made on demand puzzle for my brother as a gift. I was contacted with hours to informed me that the photo I submitted was not as clear as it should be and given the chance to submit a clearer photo. The pkg was received in 5 days...very quick turnaround time. I cannot speak to the quality of the puzzle since it's a gift to be open in the future. However, have the feeling that it will be great!

    We ordered a puzzle of a family picture. At first there was a problem with the quality of the picture. They were so kind to let us know how the puzzle will look like. We sent the second picture and they did the same. They sent us the outcome picture and as we did not like the second one either so they asked us to send the 3rd picture. They answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. The extra plus was that The package came way before I expected.
