The COVID-19 virus has impacted our businesses and lifestyles in ways that have been unimaginable until now; as we slowly begin to move forward, I believe as Canadians we are all aligned in our priorities to keep people safe and re-start our economy without compromise.

Our governments have recently announced gradual reopening plans and while the specifics may vary by province, on May 19, 2020, TPH will be reopening all of its locations across Canada with public-facing hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. Read more.

How we are
responding

  • TPH 70+ production locations across Canada have reopened to serve you 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday to Friday.
  • Your TPH Manager will continue to be your main point of contact: call or email them directly.
  • To ensure the safety of our staff and customers:
    • Our locations are restricted to staff only to maintain physical distancing requirements.
    • We have implemented curbside pickup, delivery and no contact payment solutions.
    • Staff are trained on proper safety protocols and provided PPE including gloves, masks and hand sanitizer.
