To Our TPH Community,
The COVID-19 virus has impacted our businesses and lifestyles in ways that have been unimaginable until now; as we slowly begin to move forward, I believe as Canadians we are all aligned in our priorities to keep people safe and re-start our economy without compromise.
Our governments have recently announced gradual reopening plans and while the specifics may vary by province, on May 19, 2020, TPH will be reopening all of its locations across Canada with public-facing hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
During these times our Managers will be on-site to service your needs and our Teams are standing by ready to help with your recovery plans. And of course we will be available outside of these published hours to service your urgent requirements should demands arise – please just contact your local Manager.
To serve and protect our Customers and Employees during this phase one re-opening, we will however not open our doors to the general public; instead we have implemented a curbside pickup booking system for all our locations and will continue to offer delivery across Canada.
I’d like to acknowledge and thank all of our Team members who have been hard at work during these past 10 weeks producing essential products for our Customers; physical distancing signage and floor graphics, COVID symptom public health notices, product labels and health & safety training materials – these are just a few examples of the necessary work we have been doing.
And I’d like to thank you, our Customer. We have been so proud to service you for the past 60 years. As a privately-owned Family business, we acknowledge that our Company is a result of thousands of Customers and Employees working coast-to-coast who all embody the spirit of ‘true North strong’… this is why we remain enthusiastic and optimistic that we will all recover better together.
