To Our TPH Community,
The COVID-19 virus has impacted all of us in such unprecedented ways and we are all trying to keep people safe and do business as best we can. Most recently, both the Ontario and Quebec provincial government instituted a shutdown of all non-essential services and based on the criteria set forth by the provincial government and specifically in the area of ‘supply chain’, TPH is deemed an essential service.
I’d like to acknowledge and thank all of our Team members who have been hard at work; supporting breweries in need of labels for hand sanitizers they are now making, making physical distancing floor graphics for use in public spaces eg. check-out lines and elevators, getting urgent mailers out for national grocery chains, producing COVID symptom education notices and printing vouchers to help children most in need of a meal now that schools are closed – these are just a few examples of the necessary work we have been doing to support our Customers.
To ensure we help minimize the spread of COVID-19, TPH remains closed to the public and has reduced its operations from 72 to 18 production locations. The decision to close the majority of our locations was very difficult but necessary to do our part to flatten the curve. We have strategically kept locations operational which give us national representation to assist businesses and organizations all across Canada who are responding to the COVID-19 crisis. We have also ensured continuity with our own supply chain in order to remain functioning.
While your location may be closed, your TPH Manager will still serve you remotely and continue to be your main point of contact. The 18 locations that are currently open for production have reduced hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm to shorten our Team members work schedules with no loss of pay – rest assured, TPH will still be here for you if an urgent need arises. If you are providing an essential service and you require our services, please contact your TPH Manager, send us your file using TPH Direct or call 1-800-874-0870 and we will connect you to the TPH Manager nearest you.
In addition, if you have any orders in-process with us currently where your location will not be open to accept the shipment during the next two weeks, please advise your TPH Manager so we can either deliver to an alternative address, or hold at our facility to ship at a later date.
